Private Label Nutrition, based on Blackpool EZ have been pushing forward in equipping and enhancing their quality control measures throughout the factory.
Working with QMS Int. Ltd, Private Label have gained two international quality certification marks, ISO 22000:2018 and ISO 9001:2015. Both of these certifications support the company’s existing GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) certification, ensuring throughout the company there are rigorous safety, and quality procedures in place to ensure the best possible product leaves the Lancashire premises.
Since 2013, Private Label have been proud to manufacture health and sports supplements for many leading brands across the world, and now have gone above and beyond the industry standard to ensure quality and consistency of their products.
Private Label are also pleased to announce the appointment of Charlotte Webster MSc. Charlotte, with her past experience in laboratories in Geneva has been overseeing the setup and development of the company’s own on site testing laboratory.
The laboratory, equipped with some of the most up to date apparatus, has been tasked with ensuring the quality and consistency of raw materials and finished goods. Welcoming Charlotte to the position, Richard Richmond, Director said, “We have only ever used the best materials we could, but our own independent lab will give us extra reassurance about these and Charlotte’s skills and experience is key to this”.
As well as raw materials testing, Charlotte has also introduced a range of other tests and quality checks to ensure finished goods are some of the best on the market.
Charlotte who took up the position in early November commented, “It’s been great to get the lab processes in place, to add an extra layer of quality checks to Private Labels existing high standards.”
