Eastern Gateway
Eastern Gateway is the name for a 10.5 hectare plot of land available to develop at Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone.
The development land has been for planning use for employment purposes, specifically industrial, offices and warehousing.
The plots sit either side of a new £18.5m access road expecting to open in 2025. Development plots will be released in phases, starting with land ranging from 5,800sqm to 15,500sqm.
The plots will be available as a range of design and build (to let / for sale) or direct land sales.

Plot 5 – 15,566 sqm / 3.8 ACRES
Plot 6 – 8,440 sqm / 2.1 ACRES
Plot 7 – 22,366 sqm / 5.5 ACRES
Plot 7A – 9,700 sqm / 2.4 ACRES
Plot 7B – 11,800 / 2.9 ACRES
The sites would be most suitable for businesses in advanced manufacturing, food and drink manufacturing and digital sectors.
Potential unit sizes across the Eastern Gateway range from 15,000 sqft to 65,000 sqft. Each plot will be fully serviced with:
- Access provided from the new highway
- Dedicated individual electricity supply
- Fast Fibre to the Property (FFTP) broadband with 1 gigabit connection speeds
