Electricity works on Amy Johnson Way

The next stage of utility diversion works on the business park will start this week.

The works will require three-way traffic lights at the corner of Amy Johnson Way and Sir Frank Whittle Way outside Chorley Group garages. It is hoped this will last no more than five working days from Tuesday 24 September.

The works are vital to help us complete the construction of the new Eastern Gateway link road, with more electricity work also expected later this autumn.

Progress on the road is going well, and it is on time to open next year. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
